Luminaire Control: Smart microprocessor control with wireless programming capability. Readout of the current operating status with storage of measurement data of all components for the last few days.

Automatic switching on at sunset and switching off at sunrise. (Switching level adjustable) The light can be set to operate at a power of, for example, 10-30%, throughout the entire night (from dusk) or in 5 time blocks (1-15 hours).

If a person enters the detection range of the motion sensor (approx. 15 m, 360°), the LED lamp will switch to 50-100% power, depending on the setting, for 1-10 minutes. Due to the long winter months, the total of the time blocks together should be at least 15 hours. The LED turns on according to the set night light detection threshold (voltage drop on the PV module). The light switches off at sunrise also according to the set night light detection threshold (voltage rise on the PV module, the time blocks are ended).

Example 1: From dusk for 4 hours with 10% basic lighting, 100% when motion sensor is activated, remaining night (approx. 10 hours) 0% basic lighting and 70% on motion sensor activation.

Example 2: 4 hours 10% basic lighting, 100% when motion sensor is triggered, then 6 hours only 50% with motion sensor contact, the rest of the night again 4 hours 10% basic lighting, 100% when motion sensor is triggered

Example 3: The entire night (15 hours) at 10%, 100% with motion sensor contact

Additionally, the charge controller is equipped with a Smart Power function that allows automatic dimming at night depending on the battery charge level. If the battery voltage drops below 50%, the lamp is automatically dimmed to 50%, this process continues in descending steps until the deep discharge protection activates. This setting allows safe operation even on the low-light days in winter. The charge controller settings are preconfigured by us according to the customer’s wishes. If you want to change settings, you need the remote control S-SOLS29-5.

All functions are pre-programmed by us free of charge according to the project and customer requirements, so that the luminaire is ready for operation immediately after assembly. The motion detector is not visible, located behind the glass in the LED housing. By using HF sensors in the motion detector, we achieve a wide detection range while simultaneously reducing false alarms.

Additionally, the motion detector is insensitive to fluctuations in ambient temperature compared to PIR motion detectors.

The integrated emergency lighting function ensures illumination even with low battery charge during very long periods of bad weather, but with reduced brightness. The batteries are located in the mast, behind the lockable door.
